Ingredients

1 cup plain milk

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp flax seeds

1 whole date

1/4th cup walnuts and almonds

1/2 cup kale

1/4th cup beetroot

1 cup blueberries / any berry

1/2 avocado

1/2 banana

Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy this healthy, tasty and quick recipe!
