ask yourself few questions- Is it because of exertion? any change in posture/work? Is it the first time that you are feeling it? Is it causing you discomfort that u find uncomfortable to move around? Is it not going away with rest?
if your answer is yes for more than 2-3 questions stated above, please consult your doctor and yes there are specific exercises that will help you in relieving the back pain but that entirely depends on your scan report.
