Is laparoscopic ovarian drilling a good idea after clomid/ letrozole & fsh injection has failed ?

Where am I?

Laparoscopic ovarian drilling can be offered in  clomiphene resistant cases .It can be associated with decreased ovarian reserve in some cases which is not desirable in those planning pregnancy. It is therefore not a highly recommended procedure now a days. If the ovaries are resistant to moderate doses of FSH, you may have to consider weight loss if the BMI is high or consider proceeding to IVF
